Driver of Black Hawk County school bus that crashed into a ditch identified

Police have released the identity of the driver of a school bus that crashed into a ditch on Tuesday in Black Hawk County.

The driver was 59-year-old Dawn Chase, who was cited with failure to maintain control.

Chase and one of the three juvenile passengers were taken to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
