Missing Morgan County 19-year-old located safely

MORGAN CO., Ala. ( WAFF ) - Morgan County Sheriff’s Office officials report that a 19-year-old was found safe after hours of searching for her on Monday evening.

The sheriff’s office said deputies and the volunteer fire department were on the scene on Community Lane near Hartselle, searching for a 19-year-old white female who went into the woods but had not returned.

The missing teen was found just after midnight and was treated by EMS before being transported by an ambulance to a local hospital.
